Do you actually wait 390 ingame days for a baby to grow up? Most of my colonies don't even last that long. Even if you modded the aging rate to 10x speed that's 1.3 years for a colonist with good traits and passions, but generally low skills. Imagine one of those paralytic abasia patients telling you they'll join if you agree to keep them for 78 days, there had better be a fucking ubermensch waiting at the end of that.
