That's something I'd wager a vast majority of game devs aren't going to do and they'd simply not host their servers in EU countries with the law in effect. Rooting for them. But it's not practical to enforce. Be nice if they passed a law saying
>if fans figure out how to get your dead online shit working again you can't threaten them with legal action
That's a lot more practical and it would take the edge off of hobbyists who would go all in if they knew they wouldn't face legal repercussions from anyone.
