From my experience, having done the same, it will get better and better. At least for a while. There will be many tracks that you get emotional attachment to through gameplay and grinding. The longer you keep at it the better it will be, but probably at some point you will falter and start enjoying other games despite having not completed the prior ones. At least that was my experience, but I still had a blast.
My personal favourite was, and will always be, PCB. Reaching stage 6 after a month of grinding was incredible. Seeing the entire stage through was also great. Genuinely the best gaming experience in my life, largely thanks to the music. I hope you can stay disciplined and get the best experience possible, you can only experience things for the first time once!
