Just picked up this bottle of Pipe Dream 101 today. Pretty tasty. Heavy cinnamon and vanilla pallet that gives way to that traditional Irish whiskey buttery shortbread cookie profile. Drinks a little hot for 101 but not nothing unpleasant.
