What people don't understand is that even if the list came out nothing would happen to the people in it. A couple might get assassinated by individual actors, but most of the pedos in the government will just stay there. Even in the most chaotic scenario where there's riots, the government will just arrest the rioters and torture the organizers until they go away in the following months/years.
