Shit is considered organic since diets in this world would be conisdered more natural. So no element can bend shit. The only ways I can think the elements could interact with it are as followed.
>Waterbenders bend the liquid in shit or toilet water to hurt the enemy
>Firebenders ignite the sulfur to burn anus and balls
>Airbenders bend the gasses and force farts or "ejection seat" prank :)
>Earthbenders could theoretically bend any minerals in poop and maybe pick up specks of shit with them but otherwise no.
The only way Earthbenders might be able to do something more effective with shit is if the enemy purposely eats rocks to strengthen their core or if they swallowed a ton of microscopic minerals during a previous fight.
