I actually had a femlala compliment my name yesterday AND I saw a malezen sprout who's name was something like "Geez Louhouise" on my home server. I stood next to him until he noticed and we exchanged "nice name" and I gave him some gil and food I made and fled since I'm terrible at socializing ingame
I actually started off as a femlala on my first ever character, just rerolled to middie when I made my current character back in ARR. ACK
