Posting in extremely based thread. Its not only humans that are effected by sin, but the entirety of creation by proxy, because we are the caretakers of earth and made in God's image. Short of wherever in time and space God has entered the created world to execute his plan of salvation, especially and obviously as the person of Jesus Christ, the whole of creation is subect to sin and death. Even though i know Christ i struggle so desperately hard with my sin. Like Paul said, im just dragging a corpse along for the ride.
