This is extremely difficult. I worked in London for 7 years, two of those were covid but I've just been laid off a job that lasted almost 5 years but there were never any young women around any of the offices I worked at, and when they were they came and went. Didn't stick around long enough for me to build rapport with them. I had no other way of meeting people other than a few shitty socials via Meetup and those were mostly just foreigners. Eventually found Thursday (singles events) but those are just Tinder offline. I also live outside London (so I can live on my own) and constantly have to explain to people that I don't live in London but work there. How am I supposed to get a girl while I have my shit together? I'm 26 and it's freaking me the fuck out.
