Yeah perhaps, the Foundation defnitely has the resources and knowledge of esoteric shit required.
It should be considered that JcJenson had the advantage of inside-knowledge regarding Worker Drone AI, considering they created them, when creating the Patch Crucifix in the Cabin Fever project.
But maybe the Foundation could figure out the whole digital-excorcism angle before it's too late and the Solver slips by with a host and causes an obscene amount of destruction.
