For pr7 we got kot and napoli, kot being the meta for quite many builds, mostly bis for med w/ fritz and soyuz and even heavy w/ soyuz and amagi in some cases
The mia amatta cow is the single tankiest ship in the game w/ VV but 0 support and otherwise shit, maybe if she had perma 170% CL guns she could do something but not as she is now

For PRs we got cunni, the AP vodka dork and the 4 salvos robutt
Each of them fit with the previous PRs for their hulls, now compare piece by piece
Would you rather have a tanky DD that is outclassed in her gimmick or a DD with an airstrike and a smoke ever so often
Would you rather have a CL w/ barrage spams and immunity/acc debuff when shit gets dire or an AP specialist with shit modifiers and arguably better support elsewhere - plymplap
Would you rather have a do-it-all BB with torps, heals, damage, bullet-spam and AA or a 4 salvos BB that does even LESS damage than owari, a gacha gold?
