I mean, almost nobody draws the cervix/ovaries realistic,
even in the dumb anatomy posters they have hanging in an ob/gyn office. They like... stretch it out when it really looks like the picture on the right.
It doesn’t ruin the fetish for me because like most of this wasn't realistic anyway. I just like the dialog and seeing the ovum/ova. The exploitables are perfect for just spicing up a picture I already like.
