Cindy would definitely love any (probably Asian) mmo or RPG that lets her heavily customise her character, in particular she and Arthur would definitely be one of those couples who spend a half hour perfecting the other's copy in Monster Hunter Wilds. She'd probably find that specific game a bit stressful and get Arthur to play it while she watched. Until she got jealous of Alma and Gemma and got his attention the usual way. She'd love DDR, but I think she'd love Pokemon. She's not a gamer and never had pets, at least not in the past several years because she's been too busy and travelled too much, so getting to roam and catch whatever she wants would be a great part of Arthur introducing another bit of normal life to her. Pokemon Sword would likely be a comfort game for her because she could play it on the move. Not being an experienced gamer who tries to just win means she'd approach things differently. She'd have a goal for each save file. On one she'd play as Arthur and make a team of 6 Lopunny, one named after her and each of her sisters, and one named after her mom. Another time she'd have a lopunny named Cindy (whose mega evolution can hit ghost types because "GHOSTS AREN'TREAL MAGIC ISN'T REAL"), a Tinkaton named Yuki, and a Mismagius or Mimikyu named Rui. Another time she'd collect all water types because she and Arthur went to the beach- etc. Etc. Survival games would probably stress her out, but she'd probably love farming and base building in games like that.

In tabletop she'd probably get confused by rpgs at first but she'd do well in any game like warhammer where she can pick an army with few, powerful, large units like huge tyrranids or imperial knights. She'd easily lose track of time painting fine details until each one looks amazing (she has many long hours of experience in painting nails and peak dexterity, she'd be incredible at it) and get surprisingly invested in coming up with stories for them.
