The NeoTokyo OST by Ed Harrison is unreal.

Unrelated note, I miss this era of games. I only ever grew up on the very tail end of it but there was something a lot more entertaining and passionate about the kinda rough, thrown together projects you'd get from both professional and fan works. Shit is too clean now. The aesthetics too plain.
