Yes! Using pan-American trade to make the whole hemisphere thicc af is a huge aspect of the plan. My idea is to have Americans do the surgery and most of the R&D and manufacturing at home and export the implants abroad and conduct a good deal of R&D/QA/testing abroad as well. I'd prefer to max out NBE and maybe explore eugenics-based approaches to make sure they really look good and the BUSTY programme yields maximum benefit, but I know to realistically get supersized there's going to be a lot of implants, especially for older women who won't be able to grow big naturally since they've finished growing. I'm sure trade is going to go through the roof when the BUSTY Act passes.
