When writing, I like to employ a degree of realism just as an obstacle to overcome. Even if the solution is just magic or sci-fi. Although maybe I should be thinking of other obstacles that may be better suited to the theme - if the theme is hung femboy, why do we care how he gets it up? I'm not sure what a better, on-theme obstacle should be though. I guess dealing with being too horny or too alluring, but that feels played out.
