Kalakan is just a guy who made (mostly) Touhou chatbots, but he also gained notoriety through posting his socially unfiltered opinions in the thread and kind of refusing to read the room in that regard. Avatarfagging didn't help. Then, a bunch of threadshitters picked that pattern up and deemed him a martyr that is responsible for every little suffering this general experiences.
Yes, he used to post logs and engage with the chatbot hobby very closely. Nowadays he kind of lurks and posts news/criticisms.
