I got a 4070 ti and 30gbs of ram, everything else doesn't really matter. It's not really an amazing or expensive rig tbh, it's quite old by now but genning non adetailer, non upscaled gens takes me like 5 seconds. Training like I said takes about and hour or 2 depending on the settings I use.

I know there are some softwares out there for that I know kohya lets you tag but I never got it to work I'm too retarded. So what I do is I use civitais autotagger which isn't perfect but it's completely free and takes like 10 seconds to do 50 pics.
