Jacob changed his name to Israel
Esau his brother changed his name to Edom
Children of Edom, Edomites, live in India they worship the bull.
Jacob had 12 children, Judah was not an only child. Judahites (Jews) 11 other Israelites NOT jews.

In the first 11 books of the bible there are no jews.
Adam and Eve, all the way down to Eber and the Hebrews, and even 90% if Israelites are not jews.
Judah, was only one of the sons of Jacob/Israel. It was Judah's tribe that was cursed by God. Judahites (jews)
Europeans are Japhethites children of Noah's son Japheth. Japheth was Noah's first born son, of the purest bloodlines of the day.
Noah lived for 950 years, non purebloods did not live that long. After Japheth's mother passed away, Noah married his second wife, and she gave him a son named Shem, Shem is the father of all Asians (Shemites)
She too passed away, and Noah married again, his 3rd wife gave him a son named Ham, Ham is the father of all Africans.
- Ham's 4th son was Canaan. Canaan was cursed with black skin. Canaan is the father of all black Africans. The land of Canaan is the Congo. So not all Hamites are black, only those of his son Canaan, all blacks are Canaanites.
