If you haven't played I recommend Living With Sister/Imouto Life Fantasy. I'll be honest it kind of drags on for too long and the story can fuck you over if you don't level your stats enough, but the progress with the sister and the quantity and quality of H scenes were great. As title says you live with your sister and you have a couple interactions you can do with her, growing her trust and interest in you over time. During the day you can peep at her in the shower, eventually bathe together, and at night "mess with her". As her interest grows she might initiate or consent to sexual activity and of course eventually devolves into full on sex every day with pregnancy ending if you're into that.
