Hello anons! I have made the simple neocities webring. Your webshrine doesn't have to be on neocities. I have added the webshrines that I know of so far, but if a user doesn't want their shrine listed, please let me know so I can remove it. Joining is very simple! Please follow the instructions on the webpage. Graphics, aesthetics, and rules are placeholders for now... I really couldn't think of what rules would be necessary? Be sure to remove the extra periods when utilizing this link!
