You won't get all the way there since it's deep fried and that's a specific flavor and texture. But you can get close by spraying w cooking spray and cooking on high for 15 min at 400 or so, flipping halfway through. Ideally let your sauce get to room temp or heat up slightly, adding butter. Let the tendies cool slightly,.maybe 3-4 min and then toss in a bowl w the sauce. Use less than you think you need, just enough to cover.

New episode just came out about Jack Parson. The first 10mins made me question if the channel fell off but it quickly got good, and the beginning was even interesting upon a second viewing.
