Why do modern death metal bands undercook it so much or just ape the classics, its so gay. Just want some originality for once.

Do literally any new death metal bands make innovative and original death metal? Every single one of them I try in the last 10 years has been retarded meathead gore slop. Need dissonance, need technicality, need slams (occasionally), need sci fi themes
