Can men really find weakness attractive?

Guy I'm with expresses that he likes weakness or being lazy in a woman/me. He himself is a hard worker though.
As a typical woman (not saying all women are like this, but it's probably more common than not) I find weakness in men not attractive and I value power and competence. It's really hard for me to imagine that someone can find it hot or attractive that another person is a little stupid, useless, weak or lazy.
