There are very specific instances of it I can see the appeal of. I feel like every time I see anything vore related it's an obese farting alligator that slathers itself in mayonnaise or something equally grotesque. I like most mouth stuff, so if you got rid of the farting alligator and hyper-focused on the mouth part, I'd probably be into it.
