If this were true, new affordable single family homes would be produced and stuffed full of migrants, and building a new home would be affordable. Instead, they're stuffing migrants into old homes and apartments. It's a problem, and the migrant issue is one of the biggest ones we face overall, but it's not the main one driving up home prices.
