G-String is very much a fun game, very unique with the upsides and downsides associated with that trait but worth shelling out the money for. Or you can play it the same way I originally played it which is the Half-Life 2 mod version for free which is still an insane and unique experience, albeit being made before the creator got a lot of advice/lessons in how to design a level so you may have to look up a walkthrough here and there, but nonetheless a great time.

You seem to have pinned down a lot of what I was going to suggest, each time I look at the list and thread of what you have played. Ultimately, although I'm not sure if it will fit your particularly specific tastes and for sure won't contain any running and gunning, perhaps you may look into Neyasnoe. I suppose you could say it's specifically about the Russian/slavic post-USSR atmosphere and concept of decay, and the feeling associated with it. It is very much an atmospheric walking simulator with inside Russian references you'd play on a lazy evening after getting home from work, but if you're really trying to dive deep here it may tickle your fancy.
