Sensei in that world doesn't mean what it does in our world

He's a teacher, a counselor, a lover, and more; devs say a sensei is a complete human as opposed to the incomplete students who haven't reached their answers yet. His job is primarily to help any student in any way they need him to based on their requests, and also has to fill out paperwork on each request he does. You see him teach classes in volume 3, he is able to reach any class.
