>active lifestyle
Actually I would say that the ballet lifestyle is conducive to extremely high T:
>spend most of your time doing light cardio (ballet is quite close to HIIT training) and callisthenics
>large portion of the day spent in close proximity to fit young women who literally do what you want them to (choreographed pas de deux, etc.)
>confidence boost from performing regularly on stage and receiving ovations from large crowds of people
>get to wear literal Chad pants with a bulge and no one makes fun of you for it
This is like a blueprint for boosting your T naturally.

Obviously you could argue that the stress form having to perform on stage might have the opposite effect on T levels, but this is something you gradually get used to over the years. A veteran dancer in his 30s and 40s will be largely immune to this.

Yes you literally do unless you are genetically defective. I will also point out that most elite dancers have not only been physically very active from early childhood, but they probably joined the ballet academy when they were still children (11-12 years old) and were forced to do large amounts of callisthenics on a daily basis from that age onward.
