This partition is a little bigger, which isn't ideal for your plan, but it seems like it's offset by how much storage is already being used. You look around the cylindrical room, examining the vast amount of records here.

"Marnie, what was that?!" Liza exclaims in amazement.

"What?"

"You really can do it! He just digivolves on command like that?!"

"Yeah? I thought I made it pretty clear."

"I think we just... didn't quite believe it till now." Bella mumbles.

"I wanna do that too." Gazimon says. It's the first peep you've heard out of the purple Digimon this whole time. It's a lot more humble than Phascomon's old enemy.

"You'll be able to soon, that's why we're here. Just focus! Positions!"

Porcupamon loads himself into the room. Immediately, you feel your body suffused with an odd heat. It gets harder to move, and everything slows to a crawl. You're nearing capacity thanks to the Champion Digimon. This is part of your plan. With him lagging the whole partition out, the Commandramon will be hampered when they breach. Elecmon and Gazimon are positioned by the door, forming a deadly crossfire. You've explained to Liza and Bella that their partners need to fire on a hair-trigger, to stun the Commandramon the instant they enter.

You wait. It feels triply long thanks to the lag, but the enemy should be entering any minute now. Moments tick by, and you fear the size of the force they're assembling outside. Finally, something loads into the partition. Your vision goes white for a second, and a spinning blue circle takes up the center of your goggles. When it snaps out of existence, you see a tiny orb with a fuse on the end, rather than a Digimon. Elecmon and Gazimon are already attacking as planned, unable to respond to the bomb. Their attacks hit empty air where a Rookie should be, and they're not well-trained enough to adapt to the lag.

Damn it! They've sent in a breaching explosive instead of a Commandramon. This was outside your expectations, and the plan is at risk of falling apart if you cannot stop your group from being stunned by it.
