like all new dps her early cons and R1 are good, C1-C2 opens up her team building since you no longer need 3 different elements in your team to get the maximum amount of bullets and her aoe greatly improves with C2. Cons and R1 are probably not relevant if you're only intending on using her in IT since it's easy to pass the dps checks there.
