Regarding rerolling you should go up to 1-5 to unlock the mail so you can redeem the pulls an get the 10 pulls gift (you should have 40 total). Also the first 10 pull has at least 1 guaranteed SSR
You can either try to get Lamia with the few gems at the start or go for a good team (rates are 4%) OR go for a Transcended character but they have a lower rates (think of them like Pilgrims from Nikke but not as powerful)

Regarding the process it's not as easy as other games since you need to delete the files yourself to be able to do multiple guest accounts (if you want to do it on your phone the other guide is in the link)
