My own personal wish is public-service/public-shaming bans and warnings becoming constant again because the silent moderation approach pretty clearly doesn't work so good (the site has had consistent brain drains since 2016 from a combination of braindead migrants and journo websites touting this place as a right-wing paradise) and the userbase needs CONSTANT "don't do this, dumbshit" warnings
