Though I think Jello himself and a lot of fans sincerely think the charas would lean pretty radical left, depending on how much they like them and, like I said, I think that only really holds true for Giovanni, and maybe Molly if she leans to that kind of economic thinking.
The only other character who I feel I know enough to get a rough guess at their opinions is Percy.
Percy is that mythic good cop, so she's a civic conservative who's also not a hypocrite, which makes her a rare creature indeed. Her obsession with rules makes her close to an Ancient Chinese-style Legalist.
If I'm feeling mean and unreasonable, I'd say Lorelai has the politics of Bari Weiss
