So, in the breakfast they served slop. I only ate the little omelette they gave. And a bit of meat. I also ate butter+bread with a small cup of tea. Will post picture of it right below.

Then bought myself a food I'd like. Consumed the 1/2 pill of sertraline. Now will head into manager and she'll make a list of activities for me in the day.
