Seems that anything that specifically states affecting dog damage also affects the bleed from Razor Jaw Augment.
The same patch that did this also made dog bleed kills apply on-kill effects such as Hold the Line and Zealous Dedication.
Dog just got several times stronger, Lone Wolf can't compete anymore IMO.
