Jogging is gay.
If you're going to run then fucking RUN.
If your total movement speed were percentages and we say walking at your usual comfortable pace is 10% of your speed then jogging is like 20% and is about as awkward of a movement as "power walking". Running would be like 50 to 75% of your speed and sprinting is the full 100%.
So just RUN.
