The difference is women have less agency and just go along with whatever society tells them, so they are less at fault than fake women. Black men are pretty cringe, most are bums, most are not athletic supermen rather overweight and dumb as shit, their African American vernacular is cringe "YO DAWG" and people only think otherwise because mass media drilled into their brains that this is supposedly cool and fashionable and the way to be. It is really up to us to create an environment more appealing to women than mainstream pop culture and all its bullshit so they don't fall into their traps.
