I use Novelai, It's subscription based, but it's one of the better ones and you can cancel it immediately and go off of tokens for a while.
It does nsfw unlike some other online generators, and is really good at handling multiple characters.
Only problem is it doesn't do loras; so if it doesn't have a character or a pose or a fetish well, only thing you can do is wait and pray they add them in the next version.
Stable diffusion is local and more customizable, and is free. WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL is a good model right now, check civitai for loras.
Check the ai generals on the hentai boards, they have decent tutorials on where to get started.
