Mima is the funniest PC-98 character for me. She can go as far as permanently altering the Earth's rotation to have the moon eternally up in the sky just to mess with Reimu or conquering the land of demons just to later put on a mattress and pester Reimu pretending to be a spooky ghost while her shrine was being infested with monsters.
