hi again.
i do not like the state i find myself in very very often particularly bad tonight where i cannot get my brain to function right to actually DO anything, but the moment i lay down, close my eyes, and try to sleep it's loud blaring alarms chanting the worst things to me i'm sick of it and i'm scared.
