I dont advise it. Its just a clash of worlds, habits and interests. Just being around someone under 30 feels like babysittting. And people tend to spend their 30s thinking they are more clever than they are.

No judgments, but this is a good example of why it doesnt really pay to offer advice to younger people, because they literally wont believe something until they experience it. I was the same, in all honestly.
I guess you will just have to find out. But as a test for you, I submit that even though you spent as many years in middle school as high school, you probably have more space in your mind for high school memories than middle school. And thats just a tiny example.
It can be sad but helpful too. On one hand, you will eventually forget the part or all of the names of buddies you know like the back of your hand now and see every day.
On the other, it also has that effect described in the movie "The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." The brain isnt given to harboring small bad memories, so it doesnt. Less unpleasantness to haunt you.
Good for daily emotional balance, but also can hinder introspection and self awareness. Even today I still have to do archive digs in my own past to figure out why I did the things I did.
