Salsa is great. It amazes me that so many people fuck it up though. I taught a very good friend of mine how to make a normal salsa and she was flabbergasted at how easy and cheap it was. She said she started bringing it to her work and everyone was shocked at how good it was. Which just makes me think, what the hell are people doing to where their salsa isn't good?
