too many of you guys are sorely misinformed about getting in shape. weight loss is so fucking easy, you have ZERO excuse for being a fat fuck except for laziness.

and for fucks sake stop drinking your calories. if you really want soda drink the diet stuff, it's not gonna give you cancer and besides your current shitty diet is probably doing way more harm to your body than artificial sweeteners ever will.
