Biological laboratories - Every country has them
Biological weapons laboratories - Russia has them and uses biological weapons even on its own people. Ukraine does not have biological weapons laboratories and the UN called out Russia for lying about it.

If you remember, in the beginning Russia was saying bioWEAPONS labs in Ukraine, then subtly replaced it with biolabs as if the retards wouldn't notice. The Putin sent a 300-page complaint to the US that was only about biolabs and some Soviet era storage, no evidence of any ongoing weapons programs. Everybody laughed at Moscow for lying so brazenly, so war criminal Putin started dropping banned white phosphorus on Ukrainian families to terrorize them.
