I am working with a bunch of women on daily basis, that's pretty much how my factory operated from fucking 90's - women do menial work, guys dance around them, providing necessary stuff so they just sit in single spot doing their job. It was always like, 10 women per 1 guy. Sure they can be catty and petty, but well that's how humans are. It's when you hit middle management when it really takes off and becomes useless waste of space and air.
