I notice. I care. Im a (47)48yo( tomorrow my bday) gen xer. My son is a 9yo gen alpha. All i can say i am sorry. Ive always stood against the establishment and big brother. But by the time I fully understood what was going on, it was far to late. To late to extend some kind of helping hand to your generation. At 39 yo I was 260#, granted im 6'3, but I had a kid, late in life and I wanted to be the best me for this situation, and that's what I did. No fast food, no pop( carbonated drinks of any kind), and a regiment of exercises . I've maintained 185# for almost 8 years and cannot preform anyone i work with from 18 to 65, doesn't matter. Look man people care but not one of us feels like we can do anything to fix the situation. So I'm sorry, my generation has failed you son.
