Can any JO Crystal dragonbros give me some recommendations for changes to consider for ramp dragon?

Also, how highly should I be rating Burnite's crest? She often outright wipes the board when she enters play. Is it worth super-evolving to get the crest vs an empty board, or vs a lone survivor that she can swing into for knockout damage? My gut says that the chip damage is probably too slow with all of the bullshit flying around and that I'm better off saving the superEvo for later power plays. But I don't know if I'm wrong about that or not.
