Your anatomy reps are very important for anime girls. Also understanding of form and three dimensonality, can't draw soft titties and butts without It. Deep understanding of perspective is whatever though.

One massive gripe I have with most western anatomy resources though is that they teach you how to draw muscles and men really well but fail teaching the softer female bodies. You can however just go to e-hentai org and disable everything except non-H and search for "art book" or "how to" and you'll find plenty of eastern resources you can just Google translate if they haven't been translated
