So, I have ~800 hours in the game atm and never got around to finishing Heavensward (I got distracted by omnicrafting and liked endlessly running other content more)

My friends badger me into doing more MSQ so I can help them level more since "running 10 level 50 dungeons isn't the same as a level 60" (it totally is and they're being greedy)

I start it again and remember exactly why I hated it. The villains never die (despite there being a surplus to let us kill one now and again), you're always suddenly powerless any time villains would be mildly inconvenienced, and everyone has better hax despite you being this mythical super-being's favorite.

I thought ARR was bad, at least back then I had the excuse of "Well, I'm not technically the /real/ WoL yet, so it makes sense I take some losses", but it's STILL constantly happening.

Is hyaedalin secretly just working for her enemies or what's the fucking deal, man? Is this the way it always is, constantly getting thrashed and never getting a win for more than 5 seconds?

At that point, I'd just buy an MSQ skip, I've already got 3 classes at 90. I just want to unlock the areas to keep fishing.
